Just so you know I heard about you through my MacUsers Group in Dorset - WAMUG! We are so impressed by the service and helpfulness of your staff in fixing our computer. You did a superb job and my wonderful lap top that I thought was deceased now works better than when I first got it! The service was brilliant, fast and efficient. Cant thank you enough. Superb!
Please do thank your technician very much for the wonderful job he did as this laptop. We noticed that he did a lot of smaller jobs that we hadn't expected but which make such a difference - such as mending the clip which keeps the computer closed properly. Such a little thing but it is such attention to detail that really impresses. You wouldn't get this sort of service for Microsoft!!!!

I have been shopping on the internet for as long a mankind has had this opportunity... During this period of time, I have of course experienced various degrees of - disappointment, anger, frustration - but also total satisfaction. I placed an order with you on a saturday.. and I received my shipment on the following TUESDAY.. From England - to Denmark. Had I ordered something in Denmark, there's no way it would have been delivered in such a short time (it wasn't possible to get what I needed in Denmark)..
From now on - you stand highly recommended here..! And whenever anyone asks in all the forums that I am on - I will share this experience with the geeks.. :-)

Thanks for sending me the ordered macbook unibody key! The apple store in Berlin (Germany) refused to give a new key even if the machine was still under guarantee. You saved me a EUR600 repair by sending a 4 pound plastic part. Great!

Just to say what a brilliant service you provide. I was told by the Apple store that I could not (under pain of death) replace the optical drive in my (out of warranty) macbook pro. They offered to do the whole thing at a cost of £213 (kerching) and assured me I would not find the part I required anywhere else. The same evening, I located the part on your site within 5 minutes of going online. Your website is easy to navigate and directed me to the exact part I needed - in fact, I had a choice of parts. As it is, the new drive I have bought burns double-layer where the old one didn't. I ordered, it was delivered promptly the day after and is now fitted and working superbly - all at half the cost! Keep up the good work guys - you really are a benefit to the true Apple community!

If you are able to even see those tiny (MacBook Case) screws God has blessed you with keen sight. The ones I had seem to have gone down some sort of space-time worm hole. They have reduced me to crawling about on hands an knees with a torch. Having caught sight of me weeping tears of frustration in the gloom under my desk. my mum thinks I have rediscovered religion. Thanks for your email, which I was surprised and delighted to receive. I never expected such a quick and detailed reply to a relatively minor complaint. To be honest, I never expected a reply at all. Customer service like that is definitely worth a few extra pounds on the bill! I understand your point about the price - as you say a replacement keyboard would be very expensive, and (a few dodgy eBayers aside) you are the only company to offer a key by key service. I also take your point that mine is an increasingly rare specimen of a computer. Apples never come cheap anyway - so in retrospect, a fiver was a small price to pay to get my F12 key back again! Assuming the key cap turns up in good order - and I bet it will - I shall definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

The finding of spares for a repair is a time consuming business and the Bookyard covers nearly all the spares we are usually after - eg. keyboards /batteries/inverters/power supplies. We have used *** before, but we find their pricing a little excessive and website poor, so a Book Yard trade account would seem like a better deal all round, for prices, ease of use and speed when ordering.
