Inverters & Backlight

Filter by part type
Apple PowerBook inverter boards, iBook inverter boards, iMac inverter boards, MacBook inverter boards and MacBook Pro inverter boards. Inverter boards are controlled by the logic board and generate the high voltage required to power the backlight tube in the LCD panel.
Later models using LED backlit LCDs do not use inverters but will often have a backlight controller board. To find the product you need, select the relevant laptop family from the following pop-up list.
