This is the Heatsink and thermal temperature sensor for the top processor for the 2.8GHz and 3.0GHz Early 2008 Mac Pro

The top and bottom heat sinks are identical. the only difference is that the bottom one has a reflector shield attached. When new, this is not provided with it, but the used items are listed as such.
