The iPod touch 1st generation featured a single core 620Mhz Samsung ARM 1176J(F)-S 128MB of LPDDR memory and a PowerVR MBX Lite GPU. The iPod touch 1st generation could be configured with 8GB, 16GB or 32GB of embedded flash storage.
The iPod touch 1st generation featured a 3.5-inch (diagonal) widescreen Multi-Touch 480x320 (163 ppi) display, support for Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, 3.5mm headphone jack, single microphone, single speaker and dock connector. The iPod touch 1st generation is powered by a 580mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery capable of up to 22 hours of audio playback and 5 hours of video playback time.
