Good service with parts that are hard to get hold of. Apples answer is a new PC. Not so with this service.

Am right glad i found Bookyard i really struggled to find the front panel for my old iMac, well these guys had one fast delivery absolute amazing packaging took me a good 10 mins to get to the panel lol it was that well done and safe. Thank you very much for the excellent service. I bought a screen from you to replace mine due to a blown LCD through damage. The MacBook is 6 years old and a recycled screen was the perfect fix. Great service, good return packaging and instructions but most impressive was the detailed description and report on each screen that you had for sale, to be able to call someone who knew what they were talking about and who was honest, straight forward and reliable was fantastic. Thank you.

Brilliant service, helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Supplied me a replacement (second hand) MacBook screen for my 2011 machine. I wasn't sure what I would be getting and so called them, they had a detailed report of every feature so that I knew exactly what I was getting. Very good company. My email enquiry was answered one minute after the start of their trading day. The telephone is answered in under three rings by someone who can answer questions clearly. The web site is easy to use and clear. The replacement optical drive I ordered for my Macbook Pro arrived the following morning together with a complimentary pry tool. Friendly, polite and efficient service - highly recommend.
I was looking for a replacement battery for a 17" Mid-2010 model MacBook Pro, and since Apple no longer make the parts for this model, the Genius I spoke to recommended these guys. Dropped in my order, and it arrived a day later, nicely packaged up. My Mac is as good as new, good stuff! Already considering buying another one as a spare for when this one goes (in about 7+ years too, hopefully, lol).

Just what was needed. Needed replacement keycaps for a 2013 Macbook Pro Retina. Every other place I looked, and every 'repair' business quoted £80-120+ to replace the entire keyboard circuit. Something that is actually impossible without damaging mountings in this model. The Bookyard however, £36 for a full set of keycaps, and next day delivery. Perfect job.
There was a misunderstanding at first but they did everything possible to help me get the keyboard keycap that my MacBook Pro Retina needed. They are real professionals. Thanks!

We are world leaders in designing and manufacturing Rugged displays. We came across The BookYard when one of our displays went down. I called after spending hours trying to find an Apple specialist. Within 30 mins of sending an email with photos I had a reply saying they're in stock and provided me the link to both of the listings on their website. which we promptly brought. Business to business the level of customer service brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone who has faulty Apple goods.
Looked at a few different web sites and TheBookyard was easily the easiest to understand and to navigate. Everything is really simple to do.
The only question I had was if the memory came as a twin set or as singles but an email to yourselves and within 24 hours I knew what I needed to know. If all goes well with delivery and equipment I would certainly recommend and use again
