This is a CPU drop-in DVD for Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6. This disk is will install on any intel based Mac which is capable of running Snow Leopard. This disk is used to upgrade a Mac system which is currently running 10.5 (Leopard) the operating system is designed to be installed over the top of the previous system without the need to carry out a fresh install
This disk was included only with machines that were shipped with 10.5 (leopard).
Please note that the CPU drop-in does not include any of the iLife applications but does include iTunes.
