This is the Mac Mini Logic Board for the late 2018 model only. This logic board consists of a 3.2GHz Six-Core i7 processor chip with 1TB of integrated flash storage. There are two ram slots which can take up 64GB of PC4-21300 (2666MHz) DDR4 SODIMM modules. This logic board has an integrated graphics card, Intel UHD Graphics 630 with 1.5GB of VRAM which is shared with the system.
This logic board will come with a fresh install of 10.14 (Mojave) or later.

There are two versions of this logic board; Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. This listing is for the 10 Gigabit Ethernet version.
This is a highly static-sensitive device and replacement should not be attempted without suitable experience and anti-static precautions. If you remove the heat sink from the logic board, the seal must be re-made adequately when the new board is fitted to ensure the Mac Mini does not overheat. Thermal paste is available from the Tools section.
