This listing is for the Gold variant however there is no physical difference between the Space Grey or Silver variants, it is purely cosmetic.
This listing is for the ANSI top case version which is specific to the US keyboard layout however it is also interchangeable with the ISO version which is the EU layout. However it is not interchangeable with the JIS version which is specific to the Japanese top case.
