These assemblies screw into the display bezel within the MacBook Pro lid and contain the hooks that are pulled out by the lid catch magnets in the MacBook Pro base when the lid is closed. It is a common problem for these hooks to break or fall out and this set allows the MacBook Pro to be fixed without replacing the entire lid.
