Panasonic (Matsushita) CW-8221 slimline, slot loading Combo drive (DVD-ROM/CD-RW) for all models of MacBook 13" & MacBook Pro 15". This drive reads DVDs at up to 8x speed, writes CD-R discs at up to 24x speed, writes CD-RW discs at up to 16x speed and reads CDs at up to 24x speed. The CW-8221 is a 9.5mm height drive and is slimmer than the normal slimline opticals used in the iBook and powerBook range. It is only suitable for the 13" MacBook and 15" MacBook Pro as these laptops.
