Internal parameter RAM (PRAM) backup battery for 400MHz & 500MHz models of Titanium PowerBook G4. This battery allows the computer to hold various settings when powered down including date, time & sound settings. These are tested to ensure they are still charging and holding settings but will not hold their charge as long as a new one.
